The firm brought together a senior development executive behind some of Dallas’s most visible projects, a chief construction officer with 35+ years and 75+ builds for hospitals, cities, and national brands, a global estimator with three decades of cost and technical planning experience, and a cybersecurity and risk leader who has spent 25+ years protecting Fortune 500 enterprises. Each partner was recruited for a specific strength—development, construction, pre construction, and governance—so investors and communities get one integrated team of specialists operating as a single unit.
Lorenzo Smith
Lorenzo Smith is a seasoned development executive with a proven track record shaping some of Dallas’s most recognized public and commercial landmarks. Before joining Continuum Development Partners, he held a senior development leadership role at The Beck Group, one of the nation’s leading integrated architecture and construction firms, where he guided complex, high‑profile projects from initial concept through delivery.
His portfolio includes several of downtown Dallas’s signature revitalization efforts—Carpenter Park, Harwood Park, and Pacific Plaza—key components of the city’s public‑private initiative to transform underutilized land into vibrant civic green space. He also played a central role in the AT&T Discovery District, a flagship mixed‑use transformation in the urban core, as well as major healthcare and hospitality projects including Methodist Dallas Medical Center and the American Airlines Hospitality Conference Center.
At Continuum Development Partners, Lorenzo serves as Chief Development Officer, bringing deep experience in public, healthcare, corporate, and hospitality development to the firm’s mission of turning underused land into health‑centered, thriving communities. His leadership strengthens Continuum’s ability to structure and execute complex, multi‑stakeholder developments with the same institutional credibility he built across some of Dallas’s most visible projects.

John Chiles Sr. is a veteran builder and construction leader with more than 35 years of experience delivering complex projects for hospitals, municipalities, developers, and national brands. Guided by his faith and a steady, service‑driven approach to leadership, he has become a trusted figure on some of the most demanding jobs in the region, including major reconstruction work at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. His portfolio spans more than 75 residential, mixed‑use, commercial, and institutional builds for organizations including Cinemark, Methodist Hospital, Parkland Hospital, the City of Dallas, the Texas Department of Transportation, Boost Mobile, Robert Lynn, MMR Realty Advisors, Holiday Inn Express, and CVS.
He is recognized for his command of the jobsite, his ability to align owners, contractors, and trades, and his track record of bringing technically demanding projects in on schedule and built to spec. As a pastor and community leader, John brings the same calm presence, accountability, and care for people to the field that he does to the pulpit—keeping teams focused, communication clear, and standards high. At Continuum Development Partners, he serves as Chief Construction Officer, providing field leadership, construction oversight, and contractor management that ground the firm’s mission‑driven development strategy in disciplined, real‑world execution.

Senior Estimator & Technical Project SpecialistBenny Kuriakose brings more than 30 years of national and international experience in cost strategy, design review, and technical planning for complex development and construction projects. He has led estimating and preconstruction efforts across healthcare, commercial, mixed‑use, and infrastructure work, giving him a rare ability to see both the numbers and the engineering behind every decision.
Over his career, Benny has been responsible for building detailed budgets, value‑engineering strategies, and bid packages for large‑scale projects on multiple continents, working with architects, engineers, contractors, and owners to keep designs buildable and financially sound. He is known for his precision, his ability to anticipate cost and constructability issues before they reach the field, and his commitment to transparent, defensible numbers that stand up to institutional scrutiny.
At Continuum Development Partners, Benny serves as Senior Estimator and Technical Project Specialist, ensuring that every proposal, budget, and scope is precise, efficient, and aligned with each project’s intent. His leadership in preconstruction and technical planning helps Continuum structure projects that are not only vision‑driven, but also financially disciplined and ready to move from concept into execution.
Tawana Anderson is an accomplished executive, military veteran, and cybersecurity leader with more than 25 years of experience directing enterprise information security, technology operations, governance, and digital transformation initiatives across Fortune 500 organizations. She is recognized for strengthening enterprise risk management, building secure and scalable operating environments, and ensuring compliance with leading regulatory and cybersecurity frameworks, including SOX and NIST 800-53.
At Continuum Development Partners, Tawana oversees program governance, construction management, cybersecurity, information security, compliance, and enterprise risk management across the firm's development portfolio.
