David Ray Williamson, PG
Mr. David Ray Williamson is a Licensed Professional Geoscientist in Louisiana and a Registered or Licensed Geoscientist/Geologist in Arkansas, Mississippi, and Texas. He earned a BS in Geology from Millsaps College and completed graduate coursework in geology at Mississippi State University, the University of Southern Mississippi, and the University of Missouri at Rolla. He is the owner of Williamson & Associates, LLC, a geological and environmental consulting firm based in Shreveport, Louisiana, where he leads work in geological assessments, mineral exploration, wetland delineations and permitting, environmental site assessments, remediation, regulatory compliance, and expert testimony.
Over his career, Mr. Williamson has managed industrial mineral and coal exploration, surface mine development, and major environmental investigations, including serving as Project Manager for the first commercial coal mine in Louisiana, which supplied fuel to the 550‑megawatt Dolet Hills Power Plant. He has contributed to state mining regulations, served on the Louisiana Board of Professional Geoscientists (including as Chair), and is recognized nationally as a subject matter expert in geology. A military veteran and former U.S. Army Special Forces officer, he brings a disciplined, field‑tested perspective to his work. In his role with Continuum, Mr. Williamson provides strategic guidance on geology, environmental due diligence, and regulatory pathways to ensure projects are technically sound, environmentally responsible, and ready for implementation.

Dr. La Tasha T. Washington
Dr. La Tasha T. Washington is a community development strategist, technology leader, entrepreneur, and researcher whose work focuses on building healthier, more resilient, and economically vibrant communities through education, innovation, and data‑informed decision making. A native of Northwest Louisiana and the daughter of a U.S. Air Force service member, she brings a collaborative, people‑first leadership style shaped by exposure to diverse cultures and communities. She holds a Doctor of Technology from Purdue University, where her research examined the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning to reduce preventable maternal mortality, along with graduate training in applied data analytics and organizational leadership and undergraduate studies in political science and African American studies. Professionally, she serves at LSU Health Shreveport supporting executive leadership and clinical research initiatives while helping to advance innovative healthcare projects grounded in ethics, equity, and impact.
As President of the Inner City Entrepreneur Institute, Dr. Washington has expanded entrepreneurship education and youth programming to support economic mobility and generational wealth in historically marginalized communities. In her role on the Continuum North End Advisory Board, she helps connect cutting‑edge research and technology with on‑the‑ground community needs, advising on executive‑level strategy, health and wellness innovation, entrepreneurship and youth opportunity, and data‑driven approaches to equity. Her guidance helps Continuum design and deliver projects that are not only technically and financially sound, but that also measurably improve quality of life and access to opportunity for residents and surrounding neighborhoods.

Raymond E. Alford Jr. is the Managing Partner of Realford Holdings & Trust and Founder and CEO of Realford Consulting LLC, a Dallas based workforce and economic development consulting firm. With more than 17 years of experience, he focuses on workforce strategy, public private partnerships, construction workforce pipelines, sports tourism, and operational planning for large scale mixed use developments. He created the RIWEM™ (Realford Integrated Workforce and Economic Model), a framework that aligns workforce development, project financing, construction, operations, and long term community impact across the full development lifecycle.
As a member of the Continuum North End Advisory Board, Mr. Alford provides strategic guidance on workforce development, sports and recreation programming, operational planning, and community engagement. His expertise helps Continuum design and deliver a district that connects local hiring, training, and small business opportunity to major investment, positioning the North End as a model for inclusive economic growth and destination development.

Tracey Wilson, MBA, RA, is a Texas‑registered architect and operations‑focused leader with more than 20 years of experience guiding complex public, civic, recreation, healthcare, residential, and mixed‑use projects from programming through construction. As Senior Project Manager at Prime Architects, she brings disciplined project management, consultant coordination, and deep code and standards expertise, with a clear focus on delivering the client’s vision on schedule and within budget. Her portfolio spans senior living communities, large‑scale public safety facilities, multifamily and mixed‑use developments, military housing, and municipal projects, where she is known for translating intricate operational and technical requirements into functional, cost‑effective, and coherent environments.
With an MBA in Operations Management, a Bachelor of Architecture (minor in Historic Preservation), and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design from Ball State University, Tracey bridges design excellence with strategic planning, process efficiency, and long‑term value. In her role with Continuum, she applies this integrated approach to help shape environments that are not only well designed, but also durable, maintainable, and responsive to daily use—supporting Continuum’s vision for communities that heal, connect, and endure.
Tracey Wilson
Advisory Board MemberRobert Rollins, P.E., is a civil engineer with Mohr and Associates, Inc., where he focuses on commercial and residential land development. He earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Louisiana Tech University in 2016 and joined Mohr and Associates the same year as an engineer intern, later becoming a licensed Professional Engineer in 2021.
Mr. Rollins has worked on a range of commercial development projects, with experience in feasibility studies, site layout, utility connections and coordination, and hydraulic analysis and design. He has also supported numerous residential subdivision projects, contributing to master planning, lot and roadway layout, drainage design, water and sanitary sewer systems, and cost estimating.
