The Opportunity

For generations, the Shreveport Country Club was a landmark for North Shreveport. Portions of the property have deteriorated and the clubhouse is gone, but the land remains one of the region’s premier redevelopment opportunities. North Shreveport is resilient and full of history, yet it has endured decades of underinvestment and limited access to coordinated healthcare, housing, and modern amenities. Continuum North End responds to that gap with a single, comprehensive vision for renewal.

Continuum North End is planned as a master planned community where people can live, work, heal, learn, play, and invest within one thoughtfully designed environment. It is more than a former golf course redevelopment. The site is intended to become a regional destination centered on healthcare, wellness, housing, recreation, hospitality, education, entertainment, and economic opportunity, all working together as one ecosystem. The goal is long term value for residents, businesses, investors, and the City of Shreveport.

The Vision

Major Components

Phased for discipline

and reduced risk

The development follows a clear sequence. Infrastructure comes first, followed by destination anchors that establish identity and draw people to the site, then healthcare, residential, hospitality, and complementary commercial uses. Each phase is designed to stand on its own while increasing the value of future phases. This approach allows capital to be deployed responsibly, adjusted as market conditions evolve, and managed with a clear view of risk and return.

Why this team is built for it

Shreveport, Louisiana – 175‑acre health‑anchored, mixed‑use community

Continuum North End is led by a team with experience in development, construction, finance, government relations, community engagement, and strategic partnerships. Members of the leadership team have delivered major hospital projects, downtown parks and civic spaces, large scale mixed use environments, and institutional work in the United States and abroad. That history has taught them to evaluate every risk, plan every contingency, align stakeholders, and lead calmly under pressure. This project brings that experience into one coordinated effort, grounded in faith, stewardship, and a commitment to long term impact.

Partners and Investment

Continuum North End depends on strong partners. Healthcare systems, educational institutions, community organizations, hospitality operators, retailers, employers, and institutional investors all have a role to play. The project combines a strategically located site, phased execution, diversified revenue opportunities, and a long view focused on measurable economic and community value. It is designed as a compelling investment that aligns financial performance with visible improvements in health, access, and opportunity for North Shreveport.

What success looks like

Success for residents means vibrant neighborhoods, convenient access to healthcare, quality jobs, thriving local businesses, active parks and gathering places, and renewed pride in North Shreveport. Success for the city means a nationally recognized destination that expands the tax base, attracts investment, creates employment, and becomes a model for thoughtful regional redevelopment. Strong communities support strong investments, and responsible investments strengthen communities. Continuum North End is being designed to prove that principle over the next generation
